  3. FreshFriesExcellent Fry Test Color Results Alaskan Pike variety potatoes processed as FreshFries at Bausch Potato. With proper conditioning temperatures and this particular type of processing, the end product is a golden fry that rates as a one to two on the USDA french fry color chart. This fry color is highly acceptable to foodservice organizations and to the consumer. Excellent results!
