  3. Appearance • Panda bears are black and white. They look cute and cuddly. Panda’s have black ears with a white face and snout. They have black noses and black around the eyes.

  4. habitat • They live in China in the bamboo forest. Pandas live only in mountainous regions in central China.

  5. Food • Panda’s eat bamboo, meat, nuts, berries, flowers, grass, fish and small animals.

  6. Young • Newborn pandas weigh only 3-4 ounces. Cubs stay with their mother for 18 months. The mother pandas give birth to one or two cubs every two years. If a mother has two cubs she’ll give all the attention to one cub and the other dies.

  7. Interesting facts • There are only 1000 pandas left in the wild. Pandas eat up to 12 hours per day. They live up to 30 years old. Males do not take care of there young.
