Goal of Network for a Healthy California-Worksite Program To reduce the risk of chronic diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity by empowering low-income workers to eat the daily recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables and engage in physical activity every day.
