  10. STAR program • Wk 1 thru 13, add qualified* recruits to your new team • 1st recruit, get $25 • 2nd recruit, get $50 • 3rd recruit, get $75 • At manager level (3 recruits + TS $2000) • $150 bonus, Rolling Kit Bag, Weekend Trip for 2 anywhere in the US • Keep track of your program online

Plan for Your Success - Now • Attend New Consultant Orientation Class • Hold a Grand Opening Party • Date 6 parties in your first 30 days • Process $450 in sales within your first 30 days of being a consultant. • Write down your 30 day anniversary • Orders must be processed by 11:59 p.m. on this day to qualify your account.

  12. Ongoing Success Plan • Talk to 3 people a day about your business • Hold 2 parties a week • Set your schedule in advance, then find time when you want to work • Recruit at least 1 person a month

  13. Training opportunities • Rally/ meetings first Monday at 7pm • Webinars – Third Monday at 7pm • Tupperware sponsored events • FallFest, Super Saturday • Jubilee • Training parties • Now and/or later

  14. Getting ready for your 1st party • Attend a training party • With Carson or your manager • Make Recruiting packets • Kit flyer & business card • Make Hostess packets • 2 catalogs, 2 flyers, 5 order forms, info sheet

  15. Business Ethics • Dress for success • Be consistent • Follow Tupperware's guidelines
