Action Plan Key Points Women Leadership Program (WLP) integrated in the School of Business and Technology Develop curriculum- Oct 2013 Feb 2014 Set up of infrastructure- July 2014 Provide 1 semester level course of women leadership for potential women leaders and fresh graduates-Oct 2014 Link graduates to internship program with relevant organizations (Human Rights Commission, Women Commission, Parliament, Women Caucus, Inter Party Women Alliances, Village Committees, Municipalities)

  2. Action Plan Key Points Longer Term Plan Include both men in the WLP-2016 Develop WLP as a regional level program in collaboration with institutions in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh Develop the WLP to a degree level course
