  2. Important Dates Opens April 22 Closes Mid-June

New and Updated Features • Students are organized by test. • Demographic or accountability information is changed once and all tests reflect the change. • Nonparticipation/exemption requests and accommodations must be added per test. • Adding a student to a roster uses the SSID to search for that student.

  4. Accountability = 100 Days • The accountable A1 school is based upon where the student has been enrolled for 100 days in 2012-13. • The first day of the testing window is the last day counted.

Roster Fields • K-PREP • ALT: Alternate K-PREP • AEOC: Algebra ll • BEOC: Biology • EEOC: English ll • UEOC: U.S. History • CCR: College and Career Readiness (Grade 12) • PLAN: 9th Grade (Fall 2013 PLAN) Name Grade SSID Lithocode/Serial Number DOB Grade Accountable School Nonparticipation Ethnicity Accommodations Title I Basic ELL IEP Lunch

  8. Prior During After Testing Roster tasks

  9. Prior to Testing • Remove/delete students who withdrew prior to testing • Add students testing who are not on the roster • Review demographic information • Review accountability information

  10. During Testing • Review Daily Tickets • Update Pending Tickets • Create tickets for Nonparticipation • Align roster information with Infinite Campus data regarding demographics and nonparticipation

  11. After Testing • Review all rosters for accountability and demographic information • Update any Pending Tickets • Use filters for tested/accountable students • Export electronic copies of rosters

  21. Roster Student Listing • Change demographic and accountability information directly on the screen (double-click) • Students may have multiple records – one per assessment • Alternate K-PREP Students are on the ALT roster and not the KPRP roster (TestType column)

  22. Accountability Change Lock For students with multiple records – Change accountability only on one assessment • Lock appears when Accountability change is requested and disappears once approved

  24. Alternate K-PREP Roster • ALT = Alternate K-PREP Roster • If an Alternate K-PREP student is listed on the KPRP roster, remove/delete the student; • then Add the student to the ALT roster.

  28. Delete a Student Click Checkbox for each student on page to delete. Click on Delete Student Icon.

  29. Retrieve Deleted Student Click on Recycle icon to return student to original roster.

  34. Ticket Notifications • To DAC via e-mail each morning • In Message Center Toolbox on the Home or Main page in SDRR for everyone • DAC should save the Daily Report which is attached to the notification in the message center

Things to Remember… • SDRR is organized by test. • Change the demographic (automatic) or accountability (approved) information ONCE and all tests reflect the change. • Change nonparticipation (approved) and accommodations (automatic) PER test. • All rosters and ticket listings default to • All students (tested/accountable) • All assessments (K-PREP, ALT, EOC, CCR, PLAN)

  43. Filters Things to Do… Use filters to reduce the number of records on the roster or ticket listing. Tickets Electronic Copy Check the Message Center for status Export and save an electronic roster and/or ticket listing. Update tickets promptly
