  2. Elements of art • Remember you are always using the elements of art (line, shape, texture, value, space and color). • In this project: Textures, shapes and line

  3. Compositions • Composition is the way a picture is organized. In art there are three ways to do this. • Straight on view • Worms eye view • Birds eye view

  7. Composition continue: • Ok, so you know that there are three different composition techniques. Now how can you use them?

  8. What to do now • First, look at your screen. I mean actually look at what you are seeing. You need to know what your PURPOSE is. Are you looking at the refelctions on things? Are you wanting to show something in the distance? Are you looking at the textures? Show this! • Just like drawing, there are good and bad ways of organizing your work!

  9. Todays goal • Get an assignment sheet • Learn how to use the digital camera (turn it on, learn how to apply composition in a photograph)
