Opor Ayam Poyah Bahan:1 ekor ayam, dipotong 12 bagian6 butir telur rebus, digoreng300 gr kentang, dipotong wedges dan digoreng2 sachet Bumbu Indofood Opor Ayam1 sendok teh garam75 gr kelapa parut kasar, disangrai, didinginkan dan haluskan (untuk bahan poyah)1500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa2 sendok makan minyak goreng untuk menumisCara membuat:1. Tumis Bumbu Indofood Opor Ayam sampai harum. Masukkan ayam. Tumis sampai berubah warna.2. Masukkan telur, kentang, dan garam. Aduk rata. Tuang santan. Masak sampai matang.3. Masukkan poyah. Aduk sampai matang dan kental.Untuk 6 porsi
