Fuyunghai Ayam Giling Bahan:5 butir telur, dikocok lepas100 gr ayam giling2 siung bawang putih, dicincang kasar150 gr wortel, diiris halus100 gr taoge1 bungkus Royco Ayam1/2 sdt garam1/4 sdt gula pasir1/4 sdt merica bubuk1 btg daun bawang, diiris halus2 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang2 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumisBahan saus:1 bh bawang bombay, diiris panjang3 siung bawang putih, dimemarkan1 sdm kecap inggris3 sdm kecap manis1/2 bks Royco Ayam1/4 sdt garam1/4 sdt merica bubuk300 ml air1 1/2 sdm tepung sagu dan 1 1/2 sdm air, dilarutkanCara membuat:1. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Tambahkan ayam giling. Tumis sampai berubah warna.2. Masukkan wortel dan taoge. Tumis sampai setengah layu. Tambahkan Royco Ayam, garam, dan merica bubuk. Aduk rata.3. Masukkan daun bawang. Aduk rata. Angkat.4. Campur telur dengan tumisan. Aduk rata. Tambahkan tepung terigu. Aduk rata.5. Panaskan minyak banyak di wajan cekung.6. Ruang satu sendok sayur campuran telur. Siram-siram. Balik dan biarkan matang.7. Saus, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum.8. Masukkan kecap inggris, kecap manis, Royco Ayam, garam, dan merica bubuk. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Aduk rata. Kentalkan dengan larutan sagu.Untuk 6 porsi
