  3. Objectives • Format the developed PowerPoint slide show as a lesson plan per EN-TQ-201.

Slide One • Demonstrate completing AP-04.01, Attachment 4 using the following information: • Use your name and ID number. • You attended an eight hour MANTG meeting on June 2, 2004 at IPEC. • Your supervisor has approved the form. • Include the following attributes to the slide: • Start filling out the from the top and work down, supervisor initials and signature appear last. • Printed text appears typed in, signatures appear as if signed in script. • Instructor notes describing process.
