  4. GLOBAL INSIGHT 2038 FORECAST 4.2 million green jobs forecast is based on achieving three goals by 2038 40% 35% 30% of electricity from alternative sources reduction in energy use (residential and commercial buildings) of gas/diesel demand replaced by ethanol/ biodiesel

  10. CONCLUSION Metro green jobs forecast for 2038, based on share of 2006 green jobs. Future is about how cities and metro areas position themselves for a larger share of the growth in green jobs.
