Business Programs Management Accounting The degree in business with a concentration in accounting provides you with the laboratory training in Accounting Business Communication and The use of computer software and other modern electronic equipment. The degree in business with a concentration in management provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to compete in today’s marketplace.

Business Programs Management Accounting Students will be learning The concept of working in an office Accounting fundamentals and their application to business They will get hands-on-training in using computers and common office software applications You may be responsible for • Ensuring other employees and customers receive satisfactory service and quality • Answering questions, handling complaints and overseeing associates work, day-to-day • Establish and implementing policies, goals, objectives and procedures

  6. Program Advisory Committee An advisory committee is a group of employers and employees who advise educators on the design, development, implementation, evaluation, maintenance, and revision of technical / occupational education programs.

  7. Program Advisory Committee Strong partnerships between postsecondary educational institutions and employers have long been recognized as a pillar in effective technical / occupational education programs.

What is good for the schools, the community and for our students? • Networking opportunities with development industry leaders that share an interest • This is the time for the admin and faculty to look to industry to find out what their needs are and what college students should be learning • All college students should get internships and jobs to fulfill local employers' needs. (After graduation, students go to where the job is).
