  4. New Curriculum Design • Organized by Cluster/Pathway • Aligned to national industry standards, 21st Century Skills, and Common Core State Standards • 1/2 credit courses for non-CTE students • Eliminated outdated courses • Access to Blackboard

  6. Licensure • Most courses use existing endorsements • New endorsements require: • IC3 Certification • C.O.O.L. Certified • Methods course for specific pathway • Some pathways may require additional certification

  7. Implementation Timeline • 1 & 2 hour courses already taught in CTE • Piloting new courses in 2012/2013 • Implementation scheduled for Fall of 2013
