The Benefits of Tech Data VAD As the VAD for Canada we can assist you to get you on their way towards the path of certification! Choose your path! Either Gold or Silver level of competency • To become certified you will need to have 2 certifications to become Silver, and 4 certifications to become Gold Use our ATSC to help facilitate those trainings! • Tech Data can host an SIE’s at our location, or remotely into your location where we can give you the real hands on experience to the Microsoft Virtualization environment! • Training sessions are subsidized, partners enjoy a $3000 training for the cost of only $250! We can also book custom sessions for you where we can have a local expert come in and train a group of partners, so that at the end of the session your techs will be able to pass the certifications required! • Examinations can be subsidized as well, enjoy a 2 for one deal! Get 2 of your employees certified at Tech Data (we will be a pro-metric center) for the price of one cert – this is a great way to ensure their pathway to being Gold!

Financial Benefits POC (Proof of Concept Funding) • If you have a deal that is at least 40% sure of closing, you can access up to $2000 for your tech’s to go onsite and configure the solution for the customer. Microsoft will issue a PO for all qualifying clients as soon as the deal is registered. *** Normally this program required a Gold Competency Level, with Tech Data being VAD – this is open to all partners who purchase from Tech Data.
Financial Benefits SIP (Solution Incentive Program) • Resellers can access extra margin on deals that are registered 30 days in advance. Contact me, and I will add you to Microsoft’s system so you can get access to the SIP $$$ • Paid out to Tech Data 30 days after the deal closes, we will then pass through the amount to the partner. If you are on track to be Gold, then you will receive the greatest amount *** Normally this program required a Gold Competency Level, with Tech Data being VAD – this is open to all partners who purchase from Tech Data.
