  18. 5 COORDINATION BREAKDOWN ALONG SR 37 CORRIDOR BETWEEN (SR 37 & GREENFIELD): Noblesville, IN SR32/SR37 Pleasant • OBSERVATIONS: • PCD Platoon Breakdown observed 2/12/2010. • At 32/37 (master location) the cycle times per TOD were not lost • For TOD Plans, Cycle Lengths remained fixed on slave controllers and therefore did not match resulting in a loss of coordination for periods of time during the day. • CONCLUSION: • Master Controller re-booted due to power outage • Backup controller batteries were dead and controller lost time on restart performing a cold boot.
