  2. Child hunger • During the 2008 campaign, • Barack Obama announced a goal of ending childhood hunger in America • By the year 2015. • But his goal its not working well and that’s why we need your help • You can help by donating to various food drives • Food Donation Connection (FDC) is one(FDC • Its time to put a stop to it!

  3. Putting a Stop to child abuse • Child abuse is the • physical • sexual • emotional • mistreatment • neglect • of a child • It can be stopped by giving donation for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (CBCAP) • You can also take matters in your own hand

  4. Animal abuse • You don’t have to be a cop . • a lawyer. • a judge to fight animal cruelty. • What You can do is just need to speak up for Animals. • give donations to corporations such as ASPCA. • All we need is your help!need you on our side! You don’t have to be a cop, a lawyer or a judge to fight animal cruelty. You just need to speak up for those who can’t speak for

  5. The homless • Unavailability of employment opportunities. • Poverty, caused by many factors including unemployment and underemployment. • Are causes all of poverty. • People can help the homeless by giving them a dollar or two. • You can help them by feeding them . • Maybe even giving them shelter

  6. Help endangered animals • Helpis the infliction of suffering or harm upon non-human animals, killing animals for food or for their fur. It usually encompasses inflicting harm for personal amusement or to fulfill zoosadistic impulses. Diverging viewpoints are held by jurisdictions throughout the world.

  7. Use less Oil, Gas, and Coal • Leave your car at home. If you can stay off the road just two days a week, you'll reduce greenhouse gas emissions by an average of 1,590 pounds per year. It will save you gas and time..

  8. Reduce water consumption • Pay attention to how you use water. The little things can make a big difference. Every time you turn off the water while you're brushing your teeth, you're doing something good. Got a leaky toilet? You might be wasting 200 gallons of water a day. Try drinking tap water instead

  9. Reycycle • Going green is easier than you think. There are little things you can do every day to help reduce greenhouse gases and make a less harmful impact on the environment. Taking care of the Earth is not just a responsibility -- it's a privilege.

  10. Stop • Don't smoke. Not only is smoking bad for you, it's bad for everyone around you. This is called second-hand smoking. Many people avoid this fact, but the smoke from cigarettes put pollution into the air. Smoking isn't good for anything!

  11. Use less trash • Compost. Think about how much trash you make in a year. Reducing the amount of solid waste you produce in a year means taking up less space in landfills, so your tax dollars can work somewhere else. Plus, compost makes a great natural fertilizer. Composting is easier than you think.

  12. Use less paper • American businesses throw away 21 million tons of paper every year, equal to 175 pounds per office worker. For a quick and easy way to halve this, set your printer's default option to print double-sided (duplex printing). And when you're finished with your documents, don't forget to take them to the recycling bin.

  13. Eat heathy • One less meat-based meal a week helps the planet and your diet. For example: It requires 2,500 gallons of water to produce one pound of beef. You will also save some trees. For each hamburger that originated from animals raised on rainforest land, approximately 55 square feet of forest have been destroyed.

  14. Save power • Each year 15 billion batteries produced and sold and most of them are disposable alkaline batteries. Only a fraction of those are recycled. Buy a charger and a few sets of rechargeable batteries. Although it requires an upfront investment, it is one that should pay off in no time. And on Christmas morning when all the stores are closed? You'll be fully stocked.

  15. Use water bottles more than once • Nearly 90% of plastic water bottles are not recycled, instead taking thousands of years to decompose. Buy a reusable container and fill it with tap water, a great choice for the environment, your wallet, and possibly your health. The EPA's standards for tap water are more stringent than the FDA's standards for bottled water.
