Background • We researched about how the atmosphere changes the temperature and air pressure as we increase in altitude • This was an interesting project to us because we wanted to learn more about our atmosphere • We really wanted to see an accurate reading of our atmosphere through the use of graphs, that showed how these elements relate to each other

  3. Hypothesis/Test • From our previous research we believe that air pressure and temperature will slowly decrease as our altitude increases every 100 feet, to the maximum of 1000 feet. • To test this hypothesis we are going to send a balloon with a a thermometer and barometer to collect the amount of pressure and temperature in the different heights of the atmosphere.

  5. Conclusion • Our hypothesis was that the pressure and temperature decreases as we increase in altitude • We found out through our experimentation and by analyzing the data from our experiment that our hypothesis is correct
