  5. High Level of Rugby Performance • Rickerson Cup Champions 2011 • Reorganized practice schedule so all players can attend • New recruitment tactics worked well • Retention of players key issue • Inconsistent players and leaders in key roles

  6. Community Engagement • Record Charity Events • Relay for Life (Winners!) • ‘Dirty Run’ Event for Wounded Warriors • Walk a Mile in Her Shoes for Domestic Assault • Leaders across campus: Resident Assistants, Pub Managers, Orientation Committee • School infractions down year over year sharply
