  3. Medicatieverificatie via OZIS • Aflevergegevens itt actueel medicatieoverzicht • Patiëntenbereik (regionaal, verpleeghuizen, etc) • Registratie toestemming patiënt

  4. Versturen recepten • Recepten digitaal versturen • Elektronisch voorschrijven • Technische problemen (macro en micro) • Ontslagrecept • Uniform medicatie-overzicht

  5. Volledig en actueel overzicht medicatie, zowel klinisch als poliklinisch Alle patiënten Dossierhouder Goede communicatie naar openbare apotheek mbt wijzigingen, zowel poliklinisch als bij ontslag Overgangstraject: continuïteit borgen! Toekomst:
