2017 HCAP Elimination of Pot 3A for 2017 model • Funds moved to Pot 2, completing transition • Now almost entirely OBRA-based Can estimate 2017 payments from OBRA cap • Unless hospital qualified for Pot1 last year and will not this year, or Pot 3A payment was large Pots 5 (closed hospital) and 7 (statewide residual) are back Insert Presentation Title │ Insert Audience/Group
