5. Course structure • Year 12: 2 or 3 modules in AS subjects – exams May and June. Results in August. • Year 13: 2 or 3 modules in A2 subjects – exams June. Results in August. • BTEC and CAMTECH – continual assessment (coursework) – deadlines must be met

6. Assessment • September – Induction (16th September) • December – mock exams/ Brief Interim Report • January – Parents’ Evening (22nd) • March – mock exams • April – Full Reports • May – Exams begin

10. Our duty of care • By law our College has a duty to ensure the safety of all students. All students must remain on site at break and in study periods, but may leave the site at lunchtime. • Registration and Tutor time are compulsory • Students must arrive punctually to begin the college day.

11. Appearance – role models Appropriate ‘work smart’ attire will be: • Collared shirts or polo shirts/T-shirts - no logos. • Smart full length trousers not cropped, chinos or black jeans (not shorts) • Dresses and skirts of appropriate length • Blouses and smart tops covering shoulders and chest • Dark shoes/canvas shoes – no trainers • No flip flops or tracksuit bottoms. • No extreme hair styles or colourings

12. General Conduct • Sixth Form students are expected to set high standards of conduct at all times on all sites. • No smoking • No drugs, alcohol and other illegal items • Music/games • Ambassadors

Bursary A Guaranteed Bursaryfor: • Young people in care/ Care leavers • Disabled young people in receipt of Employment Support Allowance and Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payments A Discretionary Bursary –You may apply for the bursary if • You are eligible to receive a free school meal • Your household income is below £30,000 per annum • You have significant caring responsibilities at home
