Project Description: Implement a variety of United States Department of Labor (USDOL) federally mandated / recommended program activities • computerized matching of unemployment data with other agencies • validation of USDOL required reports • online training of UI Adjudication staff • coding enhancements to the current UI system • purchase of additional IVR system station licenses • development of a UI Benefits Debit Card System • postal savings system.
