2. KINGDOM OF HEAVEN MANIFESTATION WITHIN US: Text: Matthew 7:14-26 Intro: 1Ti 5:24 Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some [men] they follow after. 1Ti 5:25 Likewise also the good works [of some] are manifest beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.

AIM: • For us to show our good works for people to glorify our Father in heaven. • LET US BE TRUE TO OURSELVES-V 15 • Our outside character should just tell what is inside instead of faking it. • False prophets comes in sheep’s clothing but inwardly they are ravenous wolves • They were hiding something inside. • 1Sa 16:7 But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For [the LORD does] not [see] as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."

WE SHOULD BE KNOWN BY OUR FRUITS-V 16 • It is difficult to distinguish a tree unless you see its fruit • The kind of fruit tells us the kind of treenot the other way around. • The tree determines what kind of fruit. • Mat 7:17 "Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. • Mat 7:18 "A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor [can] a bad tree bear good fruit. • Mat 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

NECESSITY OF BEARING FRUIT-V 19 • Mat 7:19 "Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. • Mat 3:10 "And even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees. • Hebrews 6:7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; • Hebrews 6:8 but if it bears thorns and briers, [it is] rejected and near to being cursed, whose end [is] to be burned.

MAIN MANIFESTATION OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN WITHIN US-V 19 • "Therefore by their fruits you will know them. • Fruit specified-v 21 • Obedience to the will of the Father. • No one remains the same in the presence of the Lord, when He reigned in us, we are in His kingdom and subject to his commands. • Faith without action is dead-James 2:17 • Hebrews 12:29For our God [is] a consuming fire.

FRUIT DESTROYER-V 23 • Lawlessness • Songs 2:15 [Her Brothers] Catch us the foxes, The little foxes that spoil the vines, For our vines [have] tender grapes. • The Lord has no choice but to cast us away if we practice lawlessness. • We don’t have intimate relationship with Him

And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. VIII. TEST OF OBEDIENCE-V 24-27 • He who hears His Word and do them is like a wise man who built a house on the rock • The rain descended, flood came, the winds blew but it did not fell. • He who hears and didn’t do it is like a fool who built a house on the sand
