  2. Para leer cifras largas recuerda estos sencillos pasos

  3. 1.- Separa mentalmente la cifra de derecha a izquierda en grupos de tres dígitos, con puntos imaginarios, intercalándolos entre negroyrojo. De la siguiente forma: 11.111.111.111.111.111.111

  4. 2.- El punto de color negro con el cual se comienza a separar la cifra, siempre representara la palabra MIL. 111.111.111.111.111 MIL MIL

  5. 3.- Cada punto rojo de derecha a izquierda representará en orden ascendente la secuencia: Millones, Billones, Trillones, etcétera. 111.111.111.111.111 Billones Millones

  6. Ejemplo: • Para leer la cifra 2483, se separa desde la derecha en grupos de tres dígitos, comenzando por el punto negro: • 2. 483 y se lee “DOS MIL CUATROCIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES” • Para leer la cifra 3186547, se separa desde la derecha en grupos de tres dígitos, comenzando por el punto negro y luego el primer punto rojo: • 3. 186.547 y se lee “TRES MILLONES CIENTO OCHENTA Y SEIS MIL QUINIENTOS CUARENTA Y SIETE ”
