  2. Our Outcome The outcome will be a staff that practices positive lifestyle behaviors to protect and enhance their health and who serve as role models for the lives they touch. The impact will be a positive effect on HCPSS's health insurance costs.

  3. Why Are We Doing This? We are investing in a comprehensive wellness program because: • Our employees are our greatest asset and we value them • Weneed to contain the escalating cost of health care

  4. What Do We Want To Do With Our Employee Wellness Program? Establish a workplace that encourages and supports a healthy lifestyle by integrating health promotion activities and resources that help to enhance health & well-being.
