Doing business in the virtual world depends as much on trust as any business in the physical world.

Digital Certificates = electronic signatures = hand-written signatures = same legal value

A.E.S.O.P.Architectural Environments for Smart Organisation Portals • The Aesop project is a Research and Development action co-funded by the European Commission within IST 2001 work programme; • Its partners include Regional CCIs, Universities and IT companies from several EU countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, UK).
