  13. APPLICATION • FRONT LOAD TRAINING • Provides Structure • Introduces A Defined Amount Of Knowledge At The Beginning Of Training • Common items without performance variance from position to position can be certified in the first three blocks and revalidated as part of the initial evaluation to ensure compliance with standards • Feedback

  14. APPLICATION • Front Load Training  Change to • ATC Training Structure as follows: • Part I covers Local Area Knowledge • Part II covers facility equipment. • Part III covers general ATC practices. 15. Apprentice Controllers • What Are They Sending Us???? • AF Classification requires AQE Score of 55 for both Mechanical and General • Graduates are performing Tasks at the 2b – 3c proficiency level • Knowledge Based Tests Minimum Score 70 % • Military Training Leaders (MTL) Ensure Military Standards Strictly Adhered to

  16. Apprentice Controllers • What can you do to help? • Perform or Ensure an Initial Evaluation – Evaluate Formal Training By Comparing it to the STS in the CFETP • Use the Training Report Card If Available • Provide Feedback to Keesler • Report Deficiencies Using the Field Evaluation Questionnaire or Customer Service Information Line • Make Recommendations • If You Receive a Graduate Assessment Survey (GAS) Answer the Questions Truthfully and Articulately
