Mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells are pluripotent cells derived from the inner cell mass of the blastocyst. 小鼠干细胞是从内细胞聚集的胚泡 中提取的 Undifferentiated ES cells can be maintained in vitro for extended periods without loss of their capacity to differentiate to all cell lineages when re-implanted back into a blastocyst. 未分化的干细胞在体外培养一段时间后,当重新种植回胚泡时,能够不丢失他们的分化成各种子细胞系的能力 ES cells may differentiate in vitro to a variety of cell types including neuronal, muscle, endothelial and hematopoietic progenitors. 干细胞能在体外分化成多种细胞类型包括神经原细胞,肌肉细胞,内皮细胞和造血源细胞.   3. Mouse ES Basal Medium has been optimized to grow and maintain undifferentiated mouse embryonic stem cells. 小鼠干细胞基础培养基优化后可用作维护和生长未分化的小鼠干细胞.
