Become a Community Money Mentor: Learn Save and Share F I T H Learn – Gain a nationally recognised qualification in community money mentoring and learn everything there is to know about budgeting, getting the best deals, mentoring and understanding financial products for example, bank accounts and loans. Save –All of our trained Community Money Mentors report saving money whilst doing the course, from saving on gas andelectric bills through to saving on the weekly shop. Share – Once you have graduated you will have the chance to become a mentor sharing your new found knowledge with other in your community and helping people who are struggling to get the best deals. We also have a range of volunteering opportunities for graduates.   2. Become a Community Money Mentor: Learn Save and Share F I T H The course – The course will run for 4 hours a week every Wednesday for 15 weeks. The qualification is 6 credits at Entry level 3 and is accredited by Open College Network. Units include: Personal budgeting and money management; Using the internet to get the best deals; Understanding financial products and Mentoring. The qualification is called Community Money Mentors. Free –All of our training and material are provided for free. Extras – We will also train you to navigate the benefits system including: how to find out what you are entitled to; how to appeal sanctions and how to prepare for universal credits.
