  4. Exercise—Discuss for 10 Minutes As CP Sub-Cluster Coordinators, what leadership skills do you think will foster partnership and collaboration? 2. As Cluster participants, what do you expect of the Cluster Coordinator? What behaviours would drive you out of the Cluster?
