Debate, whose responsibility is it? School or Home • Digital Law-Knowing what is legal with respect to computers and what is illegal, is a gray area.

Located near Valley Forge National Park the region is comprised of small town, rural and suburban areas. Phoenixville has a diverse socioeconomic and ethnic population.
