Randall Shelton is a well-seasoned professional with expertise in diverse areas of higher education administration. Over the years, he has acquired vast experience in Athletic concessions and feeding; Multi-unit management and new unit start-ups; Fitness Center Administration; Student Health Administration; Large volume feeding and high-end catering; Facilities management, landscape, grounds, custodial; Rental management; and Information technology administration.
In addition to auxiliary administration, Randall Shelton has experience in business development as well as in private sector business ownership. He is also a Certified Facilitator and Corporate Trainer, Performance Training Institute, Destiny Seminars International, Toronto, Ontario.
Randall Shelton has graduated from the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma with a B.S. degree in Accounting, concentrations in Business Law and Management. Later, he also did his graduate study toward M.S. in Institutional Management and completed his major coursework.
Randall Shelton is the former Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Operations at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA. He worked here for four years and managed all auxiliary operations of the University’s two campuses with a student population of 33,000.
Randall started his career in the year 1981 as a Senior Food Service Coordinator at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. His main responsibilities included planning and budgeting, human resources, training, administrative liaison, marketing and sales, quality assurance. Later, he also served as the ‘Purchasing Specialist’ and ‘Manager of Food Services’ at Oklahoma State University.
