Michelle Williamson, MSW, LSW Michelle Williamson is a School Based Therapist through Solutions CRCC. She helps students, parents, teachers and counselors by collaborating and planning treatment. Michelle values working in the school, as it is a collaborative effort with everyone involved and enjoys helping others to reach their full potential. Michelle has had trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Child-Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) and provides trauma informed care. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and has had 7 years experience working in the social work field. Michelle has been married for 7 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and doting on her two adorable nieces

ADHD • Trouble concentrating • Not finishing things • Not able to focus • Fidgety all the time • Goes from thing to another quickly • Sleeps very little • Lots of energy
Anxiety • Trouble falling asleep • Or cannot stay asleep • Fear of being alone • Fear of new experiences • Picking at skin • Nail biting • Strong startle response • Being overly self-critical • Panics in anticipation of things
Depression in children • Irritability or anger • Continuous feelings of sadness and hopelessness • Social withdrawal • Increased sensitivity to rejection • Changes in appetite -- either increased or decreased • Changes in sleep -- sleeplessness or excessive sleep
Depression symptoms continued • Vocal outbursts or crying • Difficulty concentrating • Fatigue and low energy • Physical complaints (such as stomachaches, headaches) that don't respond to treatment • Reduced ability to function during events and activities at home or with friends, in school, extracurricular activities, and in other hobbies or interests • Feelings of worthlessness or guilt • Impaired thinking or concentration • Thoughts of death or self harm
