  2. New Enhancements for eSubmission • NIH will no longer use the new Investigator Checkbox. The information to determine New Investigator eligibility will be derived from the PD/PI profile and account in eRA. • NIH validation will only recognize newly approved lines in the Stem Cell lines Registry.

  3. eRA Commons Enhancements • Key Personnel has changed to All Personnel • Several Changes were made to the screens, but not to the info • Closeouts were modified to accommodate separate closeout of ARRA T-3 records • There is a new process for managing publications. The system will now pull all bibliography records directly from the National Library of Medicine. • eSNAP is integrated with MyBIB so all publications will display on the eSNAP My Publications screen and eSNAP Report. • Enhancements for Early Stage Investigators profiles

  4. eRA Fixes • Problems with multiple displays on the Multiple PI Status Information • Incorrect “Validation Error” telling user the value for calendar/summer/academic months must be greater than zero when in fact the data clearly show a value greater than zero. • Problems with duplicate text showing up on the Edit Business – Project Site List screen.
