2. Point • One example of a point could be someone shining a laser pointer on a wall. • Another example of a point could be a period at the end of a sentence. Like this one

3. Line • A good example of a line is a thread. • Another example of a line would be a snake.

4. Plane • A desktop is a good example of a plane. • A piece of paper is another plane. This looks like my homework!

5. Line Segment • Something you could use to demonstrate a line segment could be a toothpick. • A sewing needle looks like a line segment too. Hey! There’s my sewing needle!

6. Angle Please don’t eat me! • A mouth is an angle when it is open. • Also, a corner is an angle.

7. Ray • A cord is a ray, with the plug being the endpoint. • A tree branch is a ray, and where the branch touches the trunk is the endpoint. Where are my acorns!!?

8. Circle • The iris of an eye is a circle. • The sun is a circle as well. I see you! Is it hot or what?

9. Midpoint • If I had to explain a midpoint to someone, I would use stepping stones to get the point across. • Another example of a midpoint is a middle button on a shirt. Midpoint

10. Network • A spider web is like a network, with each spot the web connects being a node. • An island that connects to the Mainland with bridges is a network also, with every spot the bridge connects being a node. I’m gonna catch me a fly!

11. Polygon Shh! My soap is on! • A TV is a polygon. • A fridge is also a polygon. I wonder if I have any chicken in here?
