  4. What the Team Produced • Summarize and show key product-related deliverables, photos of events, etc. • Use more than one slide as needed

  5. Was the Project a Success? • Show success criteria from project charter • Address if your team/sponsor thought the project was a success or not

  6. Assessment of PM Tools • Describe which PM tools you thought were helpful or not and why

  7. Estimated Vs. Actual Hours • Summarize info • Discuss differences
