Agenda Item No. 13Technical Certificate and Associate of Applied Science in Transportation and Logistics TechnologyMid-South Community College • Builds on skills included in the existing Certificate of Proficiency in Warehousing and Distribution Center Operations. • Students prepared for employment as material handlers, transportation/shipping managers, distribution schedulers and supervisors, dispatch managers, and operations auditors. • Program funded with grants from National Science Foundation, ADTEC, and the Arkansas Department of Career Education.

Agenda Item No. 14Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant East Arkansas Community College • Funded by Community-Based Job Training grant from the United States Department of Labor to increase allied health training opportunities in the Arkansas Delta. • Prepares students to become licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants. • EACC seeking program accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education.
