  1. Summary • Erectile dysfunction(ED) and Premature Ejaculation (PE) are the common types of sexual disorder in men. • ED is defined as the persistent inability to achieve or maintain a penile erection for longer period of time. • Premature ejaculation (PE) is the sexual disorder in which the semen is ejaculated before or immediately after penetration of penis into female vagina resulting in unsatisfactory sexual intercourse.

What precautions are to be taken while on treatment with Super P Force? • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to its active components. • Avoid medicines such as α-blockers, nitrates and medicines used in treatment of enlarged prostate and depression with this medicine. • Avoid any activity requiring high degree mental alertness. • Also, avoid grapefruit juice and alcohol with this medicine.

Mechanism of Action • The inhibitor action of Sildenafil citrate on PDE-5 enzyme prevents the degradation of cGMP. • This cGMP produces relaxation of smooth muscles and dilation of blood vessels inside the penis which improves the flow of blood to the penis producing penile erection • Dapoxetine delays the ejaculation by inhibiting the neuronal uptake of a neurotransmitter known as serotonin, providing a relief from premature ejaculation.
