Ways to ensure good attendance • Check your child’s attendance on the Parent Portal regularly. • Where possible make appointments outside of school time. • Please inform school if there is an ongoing medical condition. • Encourage your child to “give school a go”. • Let us know if you are concerned there is an underlying reason your child doesn’t want to come to school. • Support is available. • Holidays in term time are unauthorised absences
