  2. OUR TRAVEL Hi, We are Alba, Andrea and Carla and we are 13 years old. A long time ago we planned to come to Barcelona with our friend Maria, but two weeks ago she broke her arm skateboarding and she couldn’t come with us.So we decided to send her a postcard every day with the things we do and the places we visit, so, at least, she may know Barcelona as well as us.

  3. Barcelona at least… Hi, Maria. How are you? Does your arm hurt? We just arrived to Barcelona after a long journey. We didn’t know that was so far of New York!!! I’m so sorry that you can’t stay here with us, this city is spectacular. But don’t worry, we are going to send you a letter like this every day for you to know all the thinks we do and the city. Well, we hope you like it.Get well soon, okay? Your friends: Carla, Alba and Andrea

  4. Hotel, sweet hotel Hello, Maria. Do you feel better? We are in a giant hotel called Eurostars grand Marina. It has got a private yacht, 290 bedrooms and it’s in the middle of the sea! It is incredible! Our bedroom is huge and the beds are very comfortable. We would like you were here to see this! And now is the time to sleep, we are so tired because of the journey. Tomorrow more.   5. DAY 1: The symbols of Barcelona Hi Maria, Are you having fun? We are. Today, we visited the symbols of Barcelona. We begun by “Sagrada Familia” of Antoni Gaudí. Then we go to buy clothes in Plaça Catalunya and Les Rambles. They are full of stalls of flowers and pets. Finally we visit the port and the monument of Columbus. This day has been fun. We hope that tomorrow will be as today. Andrea, Alba and Carla

  6. DAY 2: Wowit’s so tall! Hey Maria! Today has been very funny. First, we visited the Agbar tower, aBarcelona’s impressive skyscraper belonging to the company Agbar (Waters of Barcelona). At nights it is illuminated with colored lights and is amazing. It’s so tall too! At the afternoon we visited the promenade and two tall towers impressed us. They are the Mapfre tower and the ars hotel, the taller buildings in Barcelona and Spain. And now we are very tired and it’s to late so, good night! Alba, Carla and Andrea

  7. DAY 3: Montjuic Hello, Maria! Do you like our cards? We visited Montjuic today and is very big. The art museum is incredible outside and inside. It looks like a palace! What do you think? Then we visited the Sant Jordi castle and the Calatrava tower, next to it. And now we are visiting the magic fountains and waiting to enter to the Shakira’s concert in Sant Jordi castle. We are excited! This is going to be very funny. Kisses from Carla, Alba and Andrea

  8. DAY 4: Barça! Hi, Maria! Today we are so tired, the concert was so long. We are going to visit the Güell park and this afternoon we will see the Barça – Madrid match. The Güell park is another Gaudi’s monument. The most famous symbol of the park is the dragon that is very interesant. And well, we don’t waste more time, the match is starting! Alba, Andrea and Carla

  9. DAY 5: Incredible houses Hello Maria. Would you like to live there? These are the Mila and Batllo houses. They are both of Antoni Gaudí. The Batlló house has got a lot of colorful windows and is very nice. But we have a problem, we can’t enter to the Milà house because there is a very long queue so we see it from outside. Is very nice too, specially the chemine from the top. Hugs from Alba, Carla and andrea

  10. DAY 6: The mountain Hey Maria. We will see you soon! The Collserola’s Mountain is a huge green space of Barcelona. It has got a lot os types of plants and animals that you can’t see in another place. In addition, the wild boars are a little scared! We have got a picnik and turn to the hotel. Tomorrow we are going to be very tired. Your friends Carla, Andrea and Alba.

  11. DAY 7: Thisisveryfunny Wow Maria! We are very excited! Tibidabo is impressive! Is a Barcelona’s amusement park ad it has got a lot of attractions and very funny. From the mountain of Tibidabo we can see all over Barcelona. This is a unique experience, I wish you were here for see it… Andrea, Alba and Carla

  12. Bye, bye Barcelona. Hi New York. Well Maria, We are coming at least. This week has been very funny and is difficult to repeat it. We hope that another time we come you can come with us. Indeed, is your arm better? We hope that yes. And now we are in the plane, New York adress and we can’t waint for see you and tell you all. See you soon! Carla, Alba and Andrea
