BET- Has been operating for over 10 years Projects in 4 continentes Sent over 400 people to different countries since 2008 We believe in “One marginalized group assisting another to the mutual benefit of both” THE 2 WEEKS PROJECT- A challenge abroad, not a HOLIDAY Introduction to the project!
2 weeks long Everything's paid for you gain a noticeable qualification Helping children less fortunate than us Life changing experience little foreign knowledge i.e language, currency A break away from home build working in a team skills meet a new group of people Great improvements in employability Very hard work only a couple of days off! We do excusions out as a group! Information and what you would gain from this project project!
In this trip you will gain a city in guilds personal progretion which looks great on a cv. You will have a book each to fill out witch will get you your qualification this is normally done for an hour or two after we leave the orphanage. There is a seninar which is all to do with improving your employability learning new skills ect. Qualification work
You spending time with them showing them love and care means the world to them. They have nothing compared to us there allowance is less than a packet of fags a day which is for there 3 meals, cloth them and pay for the staff! They get 30 lev a month pocket money which is equivalent to £15 the orphanage i went in Berkovitsa the capacity of the institution is 35 children this was from 2011. The orphans

In a group of 12 people we will have to raise 1000 pound which is less than 100 pound each. We can discuss how we want to do this as there are many ways such as bag packing, qiuz nights ect. This will be good for team building and can be real fun also people will get to no everyone before going abroad!Fundraising is important because we need money to buy materials such as paint and outher d.i.y stuff.
