Symptoms of Burnout • Marriage difficulties • Lack of discipline in children • Lack of patience • Overeating or no appetite • Overreacting to minor issues • Making irrational decisions • Unable to make rational decisions • Irritability • Feeling overwhelmed • Lack of confidence • Yelling
