DENETÇİ, KONTROL VE YARDIMCI KONTROL ELEMANI İSTİFA İstifaname’nin Noter tarafından düzenlenmiş olması gerekmektedir. • İstifanamenin • Muhatap olarak ilgili Yapı Denetim Kuruluşuna, (denetçinin üzerindeki YİBF ler için başka denetçi görevlendirmek üzere) • Bilgi ve Gereği için Çevre ve Şehircilik İl Müdürlüğüne (denetçinin ilgili YDK ile ilişiğini kesmek üzere) tebliğ edilmiş olması gerekmektedir. İstifaname, denetçinin YDK tarafından işten çıkarma olarak düzenlenmiş olması halinde muhatap olarak denetçiye tebligat yapılır.
