External Collaboration Strategy Audio Management A web-based application that allows a Moderator to “see” who is on the conference call and control their audio lines with the click of their mouse. Only the Moderator is logged in on the web and can have up to 99 participants dialed in on the conference call. External Collaboration Tool (Web Conferencing) The Baxter Global Networks Architecture team  is currently developing  an external collaboration tool strategy.   Upon implementation, details will be posted in BaxFacts.

  4. Moderator Log in: • Go to http://conferencing.Qwest.com(save in favorites for quick access later). • Select Moderator Access from the Document Sharing section.

  5. Moderator Log in: • For European accounts, when logging into the Audio Management through the web, in the section labeled "meeting room number" please enter your access number (local phone number - area and telephone number). • Enter Your Pin *Note – you do not need the *’s before or after the numbers on the web portion.

Live Meeting – Dialing Into Audio Moderator:Step 1: Dial your Access NumberStep 2: When you are ready to “start” your call, enter your Pin Code Participants:Step 1: Dial the Access NumberStep 2: Participants who dial in before the Moderator will be placed on music hold. *Note – it is important to always use the *’s before and after the number for audio commands.

  9. Live Meeting – Participant Audio Control

  10. Rename – Right Click Mouse

  11. Move to Break-Out Room – Right Click Mouse

  12. Dismiss Participant – Right Click Mouse

  13. Mute /Unmute Individual Group *Note – Ask your participants to hit *6* on their telephone keypad to control Muting / Un-muting their own phone
