Client Services Focus • 10 Schools increasing bandwidth since 12/31/07 • 35 School Visits or in person meetings April and May • Bandwidth increase 263 megabits of I1 • Ruckus- OSU uses OSC server • New Co-location Facility has 8 current customers • 8-10 budgeted for ’08 with plans to move in early ’08 • New Academic members: • Mercy College • Lourdes College • Union Institute • Franciscan College

Client Services Focus • New FTE pricing- Quotes sent 6.6 • Worksheet sent • 4 schools have completed an Ethernet connection. • 1 Gig completed. • New GIG Opteman to Rio Grande to replace GIGAMAN to service University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande Community College and hospitals and local government. • Marietta GIG Opteman Proposed

Client Services Focus • Dayton/Akron PoPs upgraded • Internet 2 Conference in April • Internet 2 Adena Hospital/Children’s • K-12 Internet 2 access for Pilot Project • Increased Collaboration efforts- combining efforts with OLN, OhioLink, eTECH • Video Collaboration OIT, eTech, OSC • OCLC PoP-Services via intraOhio- August • Ashland University- Remote location Detroit-Connection through Merit

Client Services Focus • New FTE pricing model: Unlimited IntraOhio bandwidth • Continue to support OSU and numerous higher education in Research Initiatives! • Video conference Initiatives • Vendor meetings and initiatives- AT&T, Qwest, Time Warner Cable, Time Warner Telecom, Verizon, Buckeye Telesystems • Remote Campus Connectivity
