Desert. By : Destiny Deschamps. PLANTS. These are some of the plants in the desert. One of them is the Cactus which if you cut open you may get juice from it. A Cactus can also suck up water. Another one is the prickily pear cactus ,but it doesn’t grow pears on it. hi . Animals.

  2. PLANTS • These are some of the plants in the desert. • One of them is the Cactus which if you cut open you may get juice from it. A Cactus can also suck up water. • Another one is the prickily pear cactus ,but it doesn’t grow pears on it. hi

  3. Animals • These are some of the animals in the desert… • One of them is a thorny devil. • The thorny devil is 20 cm long including the tail. It’s related to lizards of the dragon [Agamid] family. • Dingoes: they cannot bark ,but they can howl.

  4. facts • These are the fact about the desert… • The desert has several varieties. They are the hot Desert and the cold desert. Approximately one- third of the surface on earth is covered by deserts! • About thirty countries , mostly located in the African continent , have 75% of their geographical span in deserts!
