We are a teaching/learning library • All professional librarians are faculty (we teach and do research). • All faculty are subject specialists who can teach discipline-specific information finding and use. • We have a BOR mandate to teach information literacy* in 4 lower-division general-education courses: • Freshman Composition (ENGL 101/UHON 110) • Advanced Composition (ENGL 201/205) • Introduction to Literature (ENGL 210) • Introduction to Speech Communication (SPCM 101) • We will assist you to be better at what graduate students do…
