Basic Support Place a rainbow flag in your office area. Send informational email impacting lesbians, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues and individuals. Moderate Support Support equitable treatment in company policies and enforcement of those policies for all employees regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. Correct anti-gay jokes or slurs. Correct the use of the word gay when it is used in a derogatory way. Advocacy Attend your Employee Resource Group/Diversity Council.
