DFI Team - Roles and Responsibilities • Understanding of and committed to achieving: • Alliance core values and vision • ETCO vision • Have complete understanding of previous DFI team work and recommendations • Be a “Champion” of the DFI process (Own it!) • Facilitate and diversify work sessions • Be a “Change Agent” • Challenge the norm and status quo • Be creative • Identify internal and external “best practices” and push for implementation • Strive for “World Class” efficiency • Encourage and influence others to do the above! • Effectively and enthusiastically communicate • Identify training needs to achieve target environment • Identify ways to measure effectiveness of work processes • Dependent project coordination • Prepare for & attend weekly DFI team status meeting • Use this assignment for personal growth • Maintain a positive attitude, recognize good work, and celebrate successes! • Learn from each other and have fun!
