  1. CLOSED LOOP PAYMENT SOLUTION

  2. Overview We provide our customers with the ability to create private, independent payment and loyalty systems, without the costly overhead of association interchange (Visa/MasterCard) and Payment Clearing House (PCH) charges... • Our B2B model focuses on Communities, Associations, Retailers and Large Membership Organisations (i.e. Unions, Cultural Groups), • Limit banks and their high transaction fees, • Enabling customer loyalty programmes, • We plan to create numerous closed-loop payment ecosystems that will dis-intermediate the banks and be able to collaborate with each other, • Enabling mass-bargaining and savings for the members.

  3. ‘Bankserv, a very private company’ “… I asked Bankserv, the organisation formed to provide a centralised interbank clearing and settlement service, to let me see its annual financial statements. The request was refused on the pathetic grounds that it is a private company. … Given that Bankserv handles credit card transactions as well as banking services, I would guess, and this is a real thumb-suck, it must run to anything between 50-million and 100-million a day. As for value, well, many multiples of the country’s total gross domestic product. No wonder "they" don’t want us to know what they know.” Business Day, David Gleason, 30 August 2012
